The Big Announcement

Holly our precious fur baby is thrilled to announce that she'll be a big sister in August!  Doesn't she look thrilled??  She may not be the biggest fan of the tshirt, but hey she looks good. 

I am 14 weeks along tomorrow.  I have been pukey every day since my 6th week started.  It seems to be getting better, so here's hoping for a puke free day soon!  We're excited to have the addition to the family.  And yes this was planned, my mom asked if it was on purpose.  lol  Hopefully I'll get the videos posted soon.  We made the family announcement on Christmas morning and they're funny!  I hope that answers most of the questions, but would love to answer any others you come up with.

Frustrated

So... I'm feeling more and more computer illiterate!  First, I couldn't figure out how to fix my blog, thankfully Glam Newlywed is on top of that.  Crisis #1 averted.  Next, I wanted to make my announcement and had some videos to post.  However, the videos are on my phone and refuse to open correctly on my computer.  Crisis #2 sadly at a standstill.  I think part of the problem is that this is my work computer... shhhh don't tell.  It's a pc and I have a mac at home that likes me more.  Or at least I like it more, but I can't blog on that computer because we still have no internet at home.  Which brings me to frustration #3... no internet at home totally bites.  We just live too far out in the boonies to get good internet, unless we did satelite which has ginormous installation fees.  So this leads me to this... should I just announce it already, because the videos really are cute.  What do y'all think?

Pardon the Mess

I tried to fix my blog and now I've made it worse... which is typical.  I need somebody else to fix it!  I'm no good at this design stuff.  So... if anyone is bored and wants to change my blog for me... hit me up.  Cuz I definitely need help.   In other news.... big news.... coming this week... so stay tuned. :)

Wow... it's been a long time

Sorry it's been so long since my last post.  I just haven't really felt like writing, I guess.  So here are a few random thoughts.  Christmas was wonderful!  We got to spend a LOT of time with both FB's fam and mine.  My nephew was 5 months old, so cute trying to open his presents.  All the other neices and nephews were super cute with their goodies too. 

FB and I are headed to my parents tomorrow for dinner.  I really enjoy our family dinners, we try to get together every couple of weeks.  However, with starting back to school, snow, my brother's family being sick, we haven't gotten together at all lately.  So, I'm looking forward to seeing everyone.

FB has been the PERFECT husband lately!  He's been cooking and doing dishes like nobody's business.  I need some good ideas for Valentine's day to show him how much I appreciate him!  Any advice?  What are you getting for your main squeeze?

Christmas Excitement

I'm soooo excited for Christmas.  It usually takes me a little while to get into the Christmas spirit, but once it hits...it hits me big time.  We'll go to both of our parents' churches Christmas Eve, and snacks with FB's family in between.  Two services may seem like overkill for one night, but we both have our traditions and this is one we're keeping!  We always celebrate at my parents house Christmas morning, then there's still time to go to the other side of the family for a late lunch.  We'll go to FB's side of the family for the afternoon.  Both sides of the family have nieces and nephews to enjoy watching open presents and celebrating with.  Then the day after Christmas we're going to see my aunt and uncle, their son and his family, and my grandparents.  We haven't gotten together with them in quite a while (like years) so I'm really looking forward to that!  There's also going to be a fun Christmas surprise for everyone, so I'm super excited to see the reactions.
